Okeydokey, got the specs. Note, this sucker was built up for a while until this point, so there was a LOT of money put into this (Gotta be over $5,000 by now).

This is TOTAL overkill, mind you. I just don't wanna upgrade for a long, long time.
Also, I gotta say.. I'm DAMN surprised with SLI. I thought it was gonna have some bugs and problems with heating, crashing, power, ect... It's actually VERY simplistic. You gotta plug in the "EZ plug" which is 4 pin connector for a power dongle near the cards. Pop in the cards and plug 'em in with two seperate dongles EACH. Flip the "SLI" chip to "Dual cards" (neat lil feature). Attach the "Gold finger connector" and screw in the special plate designed to keep it in place. Run the drivers, enable SLI and your done. REALLY surprised, man. |
